    Comic-Con List hits the Web!

From Superherohype.com, the full list of Comic-Con is online.

    Here’s the highlights.

6:00-7:00 Fanboys—Fanboys is an uproarious comedy that follows a group of young friends on a cross-country quest to break into Skywalker Ranch and see Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace before it is released. Fanboys is a Weinstein Company presentation being released in theaters by MGM on January 18, 2008. Stars Dan Fogler (Balls of Fury), Sam Huntington (Superman Returns), Chris Marquette (Joan of Arcadia), and Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) join writer/director Kyle Newman and producers Matt Perniciaro and Dana Brunetti for a Q&A session. Room 6CDEF

I’m looking forward to this comedy, not just because it’s geek stuff I just think it’s gonna be hilliarous, the last few movies aside from Borat haven’t impressed me.

10:30-11:30 Who Wants to Be a Superhero?—SCI FI Channel has once again joined forces with Nash Entertainment (Meet My Folks, For Love or Money, Who Wants to Marry My Dad?) and legendary comic book creator Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment to present an all-new season of Who Wants to Be a Superhero? This year’s winner walks away with their superhero character immortalized in a new comic book from Dark Horse Comics created by Stan Lee himself and a Shocker Toy action figure! Panelists Stan Lee (star/executive producer), Andy Scheer (executive producer), Feedback (2006 winner), Hygena and Hyperstrike (both season 2 contestants), and Rob Swartz (VP, SCI FI alternative programming) talk about the second season. Room 1AB

I enjoyed watching the first season, some episodes were funny, but the rest was reality crap.

2:45-3:45 Supernatural Screening and Q&A—Supernatural stars Jared Padalecki (House of Wax) and Jensen Ackles (Smallville)—along with executive producer Eric Kripke (Boogeyman), co-executive producer Ben Edlund (Angel), and co-executive producer Peter Johnson (DC Comics’ Supernatural: Origins comic book series)—answer questions from the audience, present a reel of highlights from Supernatural, and discuss the upcoming third season of this thrill-ride series with moderator Craig Tomashoff, West Coast Bureau Chief of TV Guide. Produced by Wonderland Sound and Vision in association with Warner Bros. Television, Supernatural airs Thursdays at 9 PM ET/PT on The CW. Room 6CDEF

I have started to gain interest in this show by the end of last season and I’m on board.

6:30-7:30 Smallville Screening and Q&A—Comic-Con favorite Smallville returns with an all-new screening and Q&A, featuring executive producers Al Gough and Miles Millar (both from Spider-Man 2) and cast members. Special appearance by the actress chosen to play Supergirl in the upcoming season of Smallville! Produced by Tollin/Robbins Productions, Millar/Gough Ink and Warner Bros. Television, Smallville airs Thursdays at 8 PM ET/PT on The CW. Room 6CDEF

The reason I bring this up is the word on the headline “Screening”, are they gonna show footage? DAMN I WISH I’M GOING!

1:00-2:30 Masters of the Web—Hosted by Tom DeSanto (Transformers, X-Men), reps from the biggest genre and movie websites come together to talk about how new media have affected moviemaking today, what it takes to run a popular site, and much more. Panelists include Robert Sanchez (IESB.net), Garth Franklin (Darkhorizons.com), Berge Garabedian (Joblo.com), Patrick Lee (Scifi.com), Ed Douglas (Comingsoon.net/Superherohype.com), Brad Miska (Bloody-Disgusting.com), Steven Weintraub (Collider.com), Devin Faraci (CHUD.com), Drew McWeeney (Aintitcool.com), Paul Christensen (Movieweb.com), Kellvin Chavez (Latinoreview.com), and Eric Moro (IGN.com). Room 6A

Tom Desanto is the man, thank you Tom for producing an awsome Transformers flick.

    Flash in a Flashly Appearance?

    “Flash! AHHHH!”
According to Comics2film.com, that Scifi Channel is looking to get Sam “The Man” Jones, to make a cameo appearance in the new Flash Gordon tv pilot or movie, I don’t know.
I’m up for it, I’ll watch the first episode, I liked Aquaman/Mercy Reef.

    HDTV!

My old man bought a Sony HDTV for our home theater that were working on. The first movies we watched were Hellboy: Sword of Storms and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, it looks great.

Soon when were finished with our theater I’ll take pics and post it on my Flickr page.

    Michael Rohl Directs "Bizzaro"

From Devoted to Smallville, that Michael Rohl, who’s directed four previous episodes of Smallville. “Hypnotic”, “Fanatic”, “Arrow”, and “Trespass” will be directing the season premiere.

The teaser in “Hypnotic” was pretty good. Where Brainiac kills those scientists in the hut. “Arrow” was well done in introducing Oliver Queen’s crime fighting alter-ego.
I hope there’s a scene that can be really creepy. Bizzaro confronts Lois or anybody, it’s in a dark lit room, with beams of light shining through, as he walks closer, past the light, his face turns in broken crytal, like in the end of the finale “Phantom”, and then steps back in shadow turns back into Clark’s face.

    Superman / Doomsday Reel

A nice behind the scenes/sneak peek of the upcoming animated flick, with interviews by Bruce Timm and Andrea Romano, some of the creative forces behind The DC Animated Universe.

I remember the day my old man came home with the bag, with the bleeding sheild logo and the last panel of Superman all torn up and bleeding dying in Lois Lane’s arms, I was like “Oh My God, they Killed Superman”, that memory holds a very special place in my heart.

    The Kwicky Mart!

Pictures were taken of the actual Kwicky Mart.

When I first heard this news, I was told that 711 was going to change their name, but they were wrong, it’s part of the ad campaign for The Simpsons Movie, this is a great advertisement.
All we need is Apu at the counter to say “Welcome to the Kwicky Mart, would you like a Slurpee?”
