    "Plastique" Images

Kryptonsite has released images from 8-02.

While thumbing through, this had me grinning. The question at first was why isn’t he wearing the glasses that he should’ve begun to wear after Season 3’s “Whisper”? While reading forums about the secret identity issue, someone brought up Superman: The Animated Series, Clark is upright direct, the Kent that Lois has seen during her time in the town of Kansas is the wimpy piner of teen angst.

As I’ve mentioned on my previous post about the Plastque character, just make her a metahuman, to comment on the images of Davis, his expression seemed to me of observation, not like, who’s that hot blonde chick, I’ll like to know her. There was something lurking below the surface, which is starting to bring my theory to light that he’s the agent working for The Department of Domestic Security, but what he doesn’t know was that he was created to be the ultimate weapon, and I’m going on a lim by saying that Lex is behind all of this, while he doesn’t remember that Clark was The Traveler, he does know there’s an potentially dangerous alien out there, but ultimately turns out him and the government created the true monster.

Skank Returning Later Then Expected. And Hopefully Much Much Longer.

Rumors have circulated that The Drama Queen that’s masqurating  as Lana Lang, will be back later then producers hoped.

GOOD. Keep her out of show as long as possible. “More matured” my ass. I’ll never believe it cause from past seasons, she has and never will change. From this interpretation of the character who’s suppose to be the main confidant of Clark, but we have Chloe and that’s good enough for me despite her drastic change.

    Hulk Features

Coming Soon has announced what will be on the DVD. Here the highlights.

    – Alternate Opening

The arctic scene with the rumored Captain America cameo? We’ll just have to wait and see.

    – Digital Copy of THE INCREDIBLE HULK: Compatible with PC, Mac or iPod.

I’m glad this format is picking up speed. It’s quick, easy to download and doesn’t cost a thing.

The features includes, obiviously, “Making of” featurettes, and commentary, which will be interesting to hear their thoughts on why they think the movie didn’t make a truck load of money then Iron Man at the box office. The Blu-Ray extra is an interactive chat screening.

Fast and The Furious 4 Trailer

The only reason the cast from the first one are back is because they can’t getting work anywhere else, I mean look at it. Chronicles of Riddick sucked and Vin Diesel’s latest film, Babylon A.D. looks to be another patchjob. Paul Walker can’t do anything accept drive fast cars.

On the preview, this is the second movie. Not Tokyo Gangstas or Walker’s Friend, I’m willing to give this one a chance.

    World of Warcraft Trailer

Wow, the graphics look great. The movement of pulling the sword out felt real. I have a suggestion, Why don’t they release the cinematics on DVD? It might not gain maximum money, but I think it could bring in more demographics for people who don’t do alot of gaming.

Warners on DC Properties: Part 3

The Wall Street is reporting Jeff Robinov, the studio president is giving more fluff, and bullshit.

Warner Bros. also put on hold plans for another movie starring multiple superheroes — known as “Batman vs. Superman” — after the $215 million “Superman Returns,” which had disappointing box-office returns, didn’t please executives. “‘Superman’ didn’t quite work as a film in the way that we wanted it to,” says Mr. Robinov. “It didn’t position the character the way he needed to be positioned.” “Had ‘Superman’ worked in 2006, we would have had a movie for Christmas of this year or 2009,” he adds. “But now the plan is just to reintroduce Superman without regard to a Batman and Superman movie at all.”

First off, the studio said they were pleased with the results. Despite the critics praise it and fans like us who blast it, it made 400 million worldwide, now there saying it’s not? Their greed is beyond anything imaginative. I’m all for starting over, but this leds into my other problem with this statement.

Like the recent Batman sequel — which has become the highest-grossing film of the year thus far — Mr. Robinov wants his next pack of superhero movies to be bathed in the same brooding tone as “The Dark Knight.” Creatively, he sees exploring the evil side to characters as the key to unlocking some of Warner
Bros.’ DC properties. “We’re going to try to go dark to the extent that the characters allow it,” he says. That goes for the company’s Superman franchise as well.

Like John Peters before him, Robinov doesn’t have the slightest idea what he’s talking about. The other DC heroes aren’t Batman, they’re completely different characters, with opposite views on life, beliefs, and morals, which sometimes puts them at odds, and that’s what makes them great.

Warners on DC Properties: Part 2

Variety interviewed it’s president on the updates of DC licenses for future films.

Warners and DC (both Time Warner entities) have labored in vain over another Superman, and launches for Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Arrow and Green Lantern. It’s maddening for fans as rival Marvel Comics has successfully begun financing its own slate of pics, first with “Iron Man,” then a reboot of The Incredible Hulk” this summer.

That could soon change, as Warners is readying to revamp how DC’s properties are developed — changes that could be announced within the next month.

I tend to agree with one of responses on this particular issue that Warners is just blowing smoke out their ass, until I actually see change like, the announcement of DC Studios and their slate of upcoming projects, nothing will have me convinced.

It goes on to say their looking for Nolan to direct the follow up on Dark Knight, which I don’t think is gonna happen, from discussion on air, and they also mention in print that they have no idea where the director is taking them, which also doesn’t sound good, cause the studio might do something stupid out of confusion.

    Punisher is Neutered

According to Latino Review, the fear has been realized.

Following up on an earlier article, one of my contacts deep within the bowels of
Hollywood and close to the Punisher: War Zone project (source will not be named.
Sorry!) told me today that the big fight over the Punisher project is Lionsgate
wants a PG-13 cut to be released.

Until the Extended version comes out, this film will remain dead to me. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO MAKE A PUNISHER MOVIE?! The article goes on to say that Lionsgate postponed Midnight Meat Train, which I was also looking forward to aswell and what about Pathology?

DAMN YOU LIONSGATE! DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!
