News has come out on The Hollywood Reporter, that Tim Blake Nelson has been cast in the role of Samuel Sterns, who later on becomes The Leader, another villian exposed to gamma radiation who’s driven mad by his POV that he created The Hulk and that the power is his for the taking. -
