    Deknight recaps “Justice”

Justice League on Film.com interviews writer/director Steven Deknight on the Justice League episode, and an interesting tidbit that was also on his interview with SHoE, while he was on his last season on the show.

At one point we were talking about bringing on either Green Arrow or Green
Lantern. Green Lantern was a cool idea, but his power ring would have
required massive CGI work, so ultimately it he just wasn’t feasible. Not
to say Hal Jordan will never make an appearance, but perhaps it’ll be in his
early pilot days before he slides on the ring.

    A New Kryptonite Elluminates

From Kryptonsite.com, the title for episode 8 of Smallville is called “Blue”, the introduction to Blue Kryptonite, what people have speculated after Bizarro showed up at the end of last season’s finale.

It’s seems to me this is gonna be the last episode with Bizarro.

    First Wolfman Photo

Now generally, aside from the first Mummy, I don’t like horror remakes, especially the ones of recent years like When A Stranger Calls and now Rob Zombie’s Halloween. But the one that I’m actually looking forward to is The Wolfman, starring Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, and doing the makeup aside from Stan Winston and WETA, who did the creature effects for what has become one of my favorite horror movies Black Sheep, Rick Baker.

I was’nt entirely sold on the idea for this one until I read the review of the script on Latino Review, here are some highlights.

The story takes place in Victorian London, 1888. – period piece, awsome.

THE WOLF MAN is American Werewolf in London gory and violent. Throats get torn out, heads get decapitated, bodies get torn in two, dismembered limbs go flying everywhere, entrails get spilled all over the place, the poor victims of The Wolf Man get absolutely gored to death. Hannibal Lecter would get thanksgiving hungry reading this script. – Sweet.

And although I did’nt see this, in reviewing the article when I was posting the highlights, but I do believe that there going for an R rating.

Anyway, from Ain’t It Cool News.com, a test shot has been released, the expression of Benicio’s face is priceless, I can’t wait to see him as the monster, when this film comes out next year.

    Justice Figures in Glory

The upcoming second wave of Smallville action figures fearturing the Justice League have been finalized.

Out of the the five, the Green Arrow, Aquaman, and Cyborg figure look good, the Clark (BoyScout) and Impulse (Flash) are okay, but I’ll reserve judgement until I see them when they come out in May next year.

    "Kara" Offical Description

The CW has released the offical description for the episode introducing Supergirl.
CLARK MEETS HIS COUSIN KARA KENT AND VISITS JOR-EL — Clark (Tom Welling) and Lois (Erica Durance) discover Kara’s (Laura Vandervoort) spaceship but before they can open it, Kara appears and knocks Lois out. Clark is shocked after Kara tells him she is there to protect baby Kal-El. Despite Kara’s appearance, a despondent Clark decides that without Lana (Kristin Kreuk) there is nothing keeping him in Smallville, and heads to the Fortress of Solitude to begin his training as a superhero.

However, Jor-El tells him Kara’s father – Zor-El, who is Jor-El’s brother – is evil and Kara is dangerous, therefore Clark must stay in Smallville to find out why she came to Earth. Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) makes a stunning discovery regarding Lana and Project 33.1. Allison Mack, Aaron Ashmore and John Glover also star. James Conway directed the pilot written by Todd Slavkin & Darren Swimmer.
The last paragraph sounds a little misleading to me.

    New Smallville Trailer!

A longer version with alot of interesting scenes from first two episodes of this season, Bizarro kicking the shit out of Clark, Martian Manhunter and Clark talking, Clark at the Fortress, and a better effect of Kara flying off at the end.
