    "Lara" Photos – UPDATE

KryptonSite has released images from episode 7-6 of previous Supergirl Helen Slater as Clark’s kryptonian mother Lara.
My only question about the photos is why is she at the Kent House? My only explanation would be is somehow Lara’s spirit takes a human vessel, like Jor-El did to Lionel in season 5.
UPDATE 10/9/07: I saw the images of Christopher Heyerdahl as Zor-El, so I’m speculating that Helen Slater and Heyerdahl are miltary officers working with the government that accidently touch the “Aqua” crystal that was seen at the end of “Kara” and their spirits are transfered and with Kara’s father being there we might get more insight is to why she sent to Earth.

    Batman vs Superman…No World’s Finest

Another story from The Movie Blog, that Batman and Superman will be bunding heads…not in a World’s Finest film but in Justice League.

I’m disapointed by this news as an insult to injury not only are they thinking of recasting Batman/Superman but there deciding to but there long running team-up not in their own film but into JLA.

    Wonder Woman Binded?

I saw this headline on The Movie Blog that makes me sick, Warner Bros. have decided to band films with female leads.
Which makes me worried about Wonder Woman having her own film.

    UPDATE 10/9/07:
Warners contacted Campea and said it was false, some dumb blogger report.

    Leaguer Line Up

Iesb.net has an article on script details on the upcoming Justice League film. But the thing that caught my attention was line up of characters.

Superman – A.k.a. Clark Kent, new reporter. The morally upstanding Man of
    Steel battles

Batman and has more to worry about than kryptonite.

Wonder Woman – A.k.a. Diana of Amazonian princess. Revered by the other
supers for her beauty and ass-kicking abilities.

The Martian Manhunter – A.k.a. J’onn J’onzz, detective. His power to read
minds comes in handy as the villain engages in some nifty mind control.

Green Lantern – A.k.a. John Stewart, architect. Designed the Hall of Justice. His
emerald power ring shoots beams of energy.

Batman – A.k.a. Bruce Wayne. The most human in the bunch is mistrustful of
others, which leads to quite a few problems for the clan.

Flash – A.k.a. Barry Allen, cop. The most enthusiastic superhero, Flash is
happy just to be included, but his ravenous appetite leads to trouble.

Aquaman – A.k.a. Arthur, the Atlantean King. Not a fan of humans, Aquaman
is more interested in helping his fellow heroes than lending a hand to land
    dwellers.

    EW is on newsstands now.

I’m not confortable with having Batman and Superman in the movie if there not going to played by the same actors from the other franchises.

    Smallville 7-10 Title

Kryptonsite has released the name for episode 7-10 entitled “Persona”, to which could be none other then the creation of the secret identity, probably the goofball Clark Kent that was hinted last season in “Noir”.
