    "Persona" Director’s Cut

The CW have released a clip for this thursday’s upcoming Smallville episode “Persona”.

The creation confronts the creator. This blows my Jor-El/Zor-El monster theory out of the water.

    MK vs. SF Fan Fights

The first video game post I’ve made on the site, not about upcoming film adaptations, to which I’ll make a favorites list soon, I was surfing YouTube and a thought came back to me.

For years fans (including yours truly) have wanted to see a crossover between the two biggest fighting games in history, Mortal Kombat against Street Fighter.

And for years people have made fan art and little videos of the ultimate battle that will never be. I searched, hoping to find a fight between the two lead characters of their respected franchises.

Liu Kang vs. Ryu, created by OxBigly, also made other SF characters on MK: Armageddon with the Custom Fighter feature.

I was Geek Heaven watching these. To me that’s what the graphics on the crossover should be like, not live action meets anime together, which looks retarded.

And the biggest one of all, Shao Kahn vs. Bison.

Just wondering listeners/commenters, can you download one of those Marvel / DC Mugens to play on your computer? Aside from that (us fans being passionate) that we create these works, to which I say on to you is keep up the good work.

Chloe Not Coming to the Comics – Again?!

    This really urks me.
From Newsarama, DC Editor Dan DiDio has come out with this bullshit statement.

“Chole is an exciting character on the television show, and we had hoped to work
her into DC continuity, but unfortunately, the stars did not align properly, and
even though we had announced it, she will not be appearing in any of the issues
    of Superman or Action Comics.”

DAMN! I refuse to believe any news that comes out about this issue.
I’ll believe it when I see it in a Superman comic.

    Joker Focus Increased?

My brother and I talked about this off air, so I’ve decided to post this topic to you the listeners and commenters.
Since the tragic news of Heath Ledger’s passing, this morning we talked about what does that mean for The Dark Knight.
Is the focus of the film and marketing going to be aimed more on Ledger and not the title character – Batman/Christian Bale himself?
Not another Batman 89′ situation, where Nicholson was the star power, so it was on him instead Micheal Keaton. This is nothing against Ledger as an actor or his death.
My opinion is no, but Rob teases at yes it will. So dear fans what do think?

The Bond 22 Title – UPDATE: Synopsis

Empire Online has confirmed that the title for the next James Bond film, the sequel to Casino Royale, is called “Quantum of Solace”.
    And a questionable story description.

The story is not really a Bond story, although he does appear in it. Here’s the
plot of the story – though it bears no resemblance at all to the film’s
plot, we’re sure Bond attends a dinner at Government House in Nassau, the
Bahamas, with a boring group of guests. After dinner he makes an offensive
remark to stimulate some conversation and is rewarded with a story from the
Governor of the Bahamas, a tragic love story about two people worn down by bad
decisions and life… one of whom turns out to be Bond’s dull dinner companion!
Moral of the story is, don’t be superficial – even the dullest facade may hide
    interest.

Intial thought would be “dullest movie ever”, right? Take a look at the first one, it was basically a big poker game, but they made it entertaining, it draws you in, and in my opinion it’s one of the best Bond films.

    UPDATE –
Sony Pictures has released the plot synopsis for “Quantum of Solace”.

Betrayed by Vesper, the woman he loved, 007 fights the urge to make his
latest mission personal. Pursuing his determination to uncover the truth, Bond
and M (JUDI DENCH) interrogate Mr White (JESPER CHRISTENSEN) who reveals the
organisation which blackmailed Vesper is far more complex and dangerous than
    anyone had imagined.

The originization that was underlined in Casino Royale, has to be none other then S.P.E.C.T.R.E. – SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion.

    JLA Postponed

Have to give my opinion on this.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, since with the WS continuing and nothing moving forward, Warner Bros. maybe deciding to shelve JLA.

At Warner Bros., “Justice League of America” finds itself without a shooting
script and has options expiring on potiential actors who recently were screen
tested. As a result, it might have to postpone production.

Now, before I give my opinion on the matter, across the internet everybody’s glotting, The Talkback and the guys at The Movie Blog, that the project must die, I’m not one of them.
Do I want to see a JLA movie in the future? – Yes.
This one that’s going on right now? – No.
I still hold to this day that it’s too soon, until you fleshed out the individual heroes in their own movies.

    "Fracture" Images

Kryptonsite has released images from episode 6×12, “Fracture”.

Hopefully Clark does something about it, that he brings Kara back home and not walk away, back from commercial break, in the loft going “She seemed very happy” “It’s her decision”, cause I’ll be pissed. Clark better not go back to being a BDA aka The Big Dumb Alien.
