Superman: World of New Krypton #1

I did read a bit of the Brainiac storyline in Action Comics. But stopped after the issue was too short when getting into it, and this was no exception.
I do enjoy this concept which was one of the only good things in the last film. But going back to origins in a Man of Tomorrow story gets a little tiresome. Reuniting with family and enemies by brawling with Non, The Destroyer.
With General Zod leading the military forces once again, Kal-El is suspicious, despite fellow Kryptonians learning to master their powers under a yellow sun. Despite the welcome mats, Alura abides by the old planet’s ways and gives her nephew the ultimatum by placing him in the ranks as Commander.
Decent read, curious to see what happens next as the people of Earth become frightened by this possible danger to national security. Which of course Lex Luthor is gonna use to his advantage, causing a strike that will put the two planets at war, and by the end, this utopia will end like it’s first demise.
