Cassavete Directing Captain America?

Chud.com is reporting that director Nick Cassavete is in talks to direct Captain America.

Nick Cassevettes, is thinking about directing Captain America for Marvel
Studios and Paramount Pictures. Cassevettes (The Notebook) was
previously attached to helm Iron Man before Jon Favreau took over.

I’m okay with it as long as they use the script by David Slade who wrote The Bourne movies.
