    Smallville “Infamous” Promo

Tori Spelling pulls The Goblin’s monologue from Spider-Man. Clark will use the Legion ring to clean the slate. That would make me mad cause it would just be another tease that didn’t matter. But reading spoilers again, Identity and Turbulence could actually mean something to Clark’s character to move forward again after that atrocious DQ arc.

    Hulk Versus Review

Had to watch this more then once before reviewing it. Initially, I would’ve preferred a direct adaptation of the classic match between Logan, Hulk, and Wendigo.

Fred Tatasciore as The Green Goliath is good but doesn’t come close to Lou Ferringo. Wolverine has the length of a television episode. Logan’s character model is too bulky and his dialogue is neutered from talking like the asshole he already is.

Despite that, it had it’s moments. Violence isn’t held back with Hulk overkilling his enemies. The weird thing is Lady Deathstrike has a case of Onatopp syndrome when she stabs Logan in the back. Deadpool voiced by Nolan North highlights the movie.

Thor is the better film. The storytelling is excellent. Graham McTavish as Loki gives a surprisingly well done performance. Keep in mind, this is the same guy that played the annoying mercenary in the last Rambo film.

Overall, this double feature delivers only half the goods. But still worth to rent or buy. Look forward to next one of The God of Thunder’s early years in Tales of Asgard.

    Nolan Takes A Breather

According to Variety, the filmmaker will take a break from the Batman franchise for something else.

In a whopping seven-figure buy, Warner Bros. has nabbed “Inception,” a
    script written by
Christopher Nolan as his next directing vehicle.

The studio hopes to bring Nolan back for a third Batfilm, but the filmmaker hasn’t yet committed to doing that pic. “Dark Knight” has raked in nearly $1 billion in worldwide B.O. since its release last summer.

After Begins was The Prestige, which I liked. The man has a good sense of workmanship. Last thing we need is for the studio to rush a third one out with Nolan not mentally prepared.

    Batman: Prodigal

With Battle for The Cowl set to begin next month, I finally got around to reading the story where Dick Grayson dons the costume of his mentor after the events of Knightfall.

He overcomes his first Two-Face scenario from his Robin days, which Chuck Dixon uses in Robin: Year One and takes down the deceased Ratcatcher and poor version of The Crooked Man of the nursery rhythm.

After the Jean-Paul Valley incident, Gordon is on the fence on trusting another Dark Knight, while that’s going on his relationship with the late Sarah Essen becomes strained.

Towards the middle, Dick questions what life has handed him. The resolution of reconciling with Bruce and going back to Nightwing is short lived. Which conflicts with a fight scene with Drake against a metallic Sauron since the conclusion happened in a Robin book.

By the end, the artwork turns sloppy. Renee Montoya gets anime eyes. While the story went through the Batman titles, my pet peeve when reading a graphic novel is the art stay consisted from start to finish. In closing, it’s good story of brothers in arms, fathers and sons. Can’t wait for BFTC.

    Dean vs. Sam Winchester

The last few episodes of Supernatural have been filler. Not much related to The Apocalpyse storyline of this season, only with little tidbits at the end. But this scene from “Sex and Violence” highlights their inner conflicts.

Moneypenny and Q for Bond 23?

The speculation on previous 007 characters has shown up again. On Latino Review.

Dame Judi Dench has joined Daniel Craig’s campaign to get Q and Miss Moneypenny back in the James Bond films.

The 74-year-old actress – who play MI5 chief M in the movies – told the Daily Telegraph she would love John Cleese and Samantha Bond to reprise their roles and bring some humor back to Bond.

Last I heard, Moneypenny was going to be African American. Which I’m all for as revamping goes. But with Quantum Of Solace going back to the trappings of the previous franchise, it would be pointless to throw them back . Plus, the Monty Python guy never will measure to the late Desmond Llewelyn as the gadget manufacturer.

    Harris as Flash?…Again?

According to a rumor on Screen Rant that Neil Patrick Harris, who voiced The Fastest Man Alive in Justice League: New Frontier, will step into the suit in the live action film.

Now comes possible “insider” news that Neil Patrick Harris and possibly Scott Porter are being looked at to play the Scarlet Speedster. Scott played the young Rex Racer in Speed Racer and has a recurring role on Friday Night Lights.

Having watched the depiction of Deadpool in Hulk vs Wolverine, I think Ryan Renyolds is gonna make that character. So I wouldn’t mind seeing Harris be the character on screen that were previously played by John Wesley Shipp and Kyle Gallner included.

    Bale Freaks Out

Whilst filming the latest Terminator, Christian had a huge meltdown.

While that was unprofessional for the director of photography to do, Bale overreacted. That’s what happens when the fame gets to your head.

    Smallville "Requiem" in 5 Seconds

As if “Power” was worse already, last night’s episode went even farther.
