Parasite on Smallville
New spoilers have come out on Kryptonsite for episode 21. Where Mercy’s team of supervillians come to the forefront.
Originally, they were going to be run of the mill Freak of the Weeks, but recent updates turns out that more of Superman’s rogues gallery are debuting on the show. One of them being the power hungry monster.
With the budget that went into making of the Doomsday costume, I don’t think were going to see him in his purple skin faceless form. He’ll probably wear a uniform that reflects the strap design like Flash with his lightning bolt on the back as opposed to the chest. With the absorbing effect, which is fine for me.
Another character called Voltage will appear but will probably change and become Livewire. After what happened at the end of “Hex” last night, I can’t wait for a preview for this one.

I don’t know guys, I’m a fan of what they did with doomsday. It’s better than CG which is all I could have hoped for. I remember a real early episode, I think there were these two bald twin meteor freaks who had some sort of electrical power. They were sort of creepy. Hope they push parasite in that direction if he’s at least human looking instead. Can’t wait!

Erica shows her acting chops by playing the mannerisms of Allison Mack very well. Aside from Kryptonite, magic can hurt Clark aswell, so I totally understand where he’s coming from on this issue.
From another clip online. As predicted, the producers wiped the slate clean with Oliver Queen “killing” Lex Luthor back in “Requiem”.

Captain Kirk for Green Lantern?
While not official, a rumor from IESB.net still worth bringing up.IESB has gotten word out of the Warner Brother’s halls that there is a short list of possibles for the casting of the green superhero Hal Jordan. Top
of the list is Chris Pine who is currently set to star as Captain Kirk this summer in J.J. Abrams’ new Star Trek film.
We’ll just have to wait and see how he does with Shatter’s famed role. If he sucks I’ll be skeptical. If he nails the role or unlikely surpasses the predecessor, then I’d find it hard to buy the actor playing another iconic character. -
