    Wolverine 5 in The Works

According to Variety, since the latest installment of Marvel’s most overused X-Men character made 85.1 million dollars at the box office, Fox will continue printing free money by making another one.

The Seed partners have begun planning the sequel, which they are squarely focusing on the samurai storyline originated in the comic series, and whose Japanese locale was teased after the film’s final credits. A writer has yet to be hired. Seed will produce.

The Weapon X storyline was excuted wrongly by making the fan’s favorite, Deadpool into the mutant weapon of the climax with Cyclops’ Optic Blasts. Japan should’ve been the arc for the current film with Yuriko/Deathstrike as the love interest instead of Silverfox. Ending with her as a back up plan to tie into X2.

Despite that Origins wasn’t completely god awful, I’ll be waiting for the day it crash and burns like Spider-Man.

Thought Origins was great. Deadpool was a little twisted, but I thought it was kind of creepy in a good way. Plus after seeing the Deadpool ending, I know who ever takes on the character will make him right in the future. I just look at this as his own origin story. I have hope though for the future of the franchise. I think with Japan they can really make up for anything that was lost in the original. They need a new director perhaps.

I want to see Clark wreck this guy and come out like a man….(hopefully a Superman). Maybe it’ll take the bloodshed of half of Metropolis to wake him up a little. What do ya think? I’m also really anticipating the use of such involved casts for the last 2 shows–A team of super villains and the Justice League plus 1? Sounds like an X-men film. Perhaps something fresh for Smallville, kind of like hanging Clark-Torso’s.Haha Can’t wait!

    "Beast" Review

Initially, the teaser was sappy until the reveal of Clark’s corpse, which puts the hanging in the cornfields from the pilot to shame.

I knew the betrayal was coming, but I was shocked by Chloe’s thought process was going through in this episode.

After she stops Kal-El from sending Doomsday to The Phantom Zone which I totally called it, turns around and says at the end, she’s did it for him and the world’s safety? That’s BULLS**T! It was about her feelings for the serial killer, and she knows it. If she really cared about Clark, she would’ve let him do his job, but a human just had to get in the way of things and make the matter even worse.

Oliver Queen is to blame aswell. Had he kept his mouth shut, she would’ve figured out what Boyscout was up to.

Rating: 6 1/2

    Gotham’s Underground

From what I heard about the Gordon one shot, had no expectation for this. But this turned out to be a deccent read. Much better then the other comic down below.

The Riddler is my favorite Bat-Villian. Liked in recent years, they moved him out of the supervillian area, into a more society based private investigator. Still being the manipulative person he always has been.

Penguin tells him to find Two-Face so he can eliminate some of the competation from the gang war over controling the city. Edward is more interested in finding out Black Mask’s identity (which Rob claims it’s The Joker, we’ll just have to wait and see) since his death at the hands of Catwoman.

Selina locates Harvey first, but manages to get away, due to her doubts about doing this with Bruce being “dead”. The self proclaimed, Jason Todd Batman shows up to kill her, barely surviving the encounter, falling on top of a car, to end up in the presence of Nygma, Harley, and Ivy.

    Legion of Three Worlds #4

With Final Crisis ending last month, DC took a break from this tie in. Unfortunately, Geoff Johns only brings half his A game. The story at the beginning is rusty and hard to follow.

Sun Boy throughout this entire series just sits around whining and moaning like a little bitch until the very convinent time he grows some balls to lend a hand for his fellow comrades.

Superboy Prime’s remarks aren’t t very clever. But he does show more of his violent goodness by throwing Kryptonite through a Legionnaire’s torso and blasting Polar Boy’s arm off, despite his regeneration ability.

Where the previous issue left off, Bart Allen battles Prime but to no avail. But my main problem retconning. Bringing back Conner Kent cheapens everything about the character from his last big hurrah in Infinite Crisis. Not only that, but it looks like there also going to repeat themselves with Conner being half of Clark and Lex.

If this didn’t happen I would’ve been more surprised to find out that the guy who planned all this was Prime in the future. Who’s plan is to wipe out Superman and the founding members of The Legion from the very fabric of time itself. Overall, this was a lousy continuation to this particular storyline.

    "Beast" Clip

The characters both have valid points. But I’d still have to side with Oliver. Davis is dead. The other personality is just playing on Chloe’s sympathy.

By the finale, Clark is gonna find out what Oliver did to Lex, so maybe that will be another big step for Boyscout to take charge of The League with Flash and Canary switching sides to preserve life at all costs. At this point, it can go in different directions.
