Stills for episode 18, with the debut of Clark’s “new” look and a first look at Max Lord came out.

Not the exactly the no pun intented, upgrade that me and other fans were expecting. I wanted to see the majority of the Superman colors to come back since I’m sick and tired of the all black outfit.

The green S looks so out of place. Unless the undergarment in the actual show is gonna have some sort of red sunshine effect to blind Lord so he can’t see his face.

Speaking of which here’s guest star, Gil Bellows, in this continuity, the tycoon is another agent of Checkmate.

With the plot being Lord kidnapping Lois and other people’s thoughts to find out Clark’s alter ego, I see Lois getting another mind wipe, so she doesn’t remember the existence of Clark Kent’s alter ego which encourages him to take his superheroics to the public since Zod is stealing the phone-call routine.
