Since the release of the concept art, production started in New Orleans, California for The Emerald Crusader’s feature with a few glimpses at the logo or Ryan Renyolds on set.

But this exclusive from ComicBookMovies.com of the alien craft that brings the Lantern before Hal Jordan to Sector 2814 is a big deal.

Interesting it lands in the Coast City river instead of the forests or the desert like in other incarnations.

In Geoff Johns’ retelling of the origin story, after Hal takes the ring shortly after, Ferris Airlines uptains it and Hector Hammond (who’s the self proclaim boyfriend to Carol Ferris) is exposed to the reactor core which drives him mad with psychic power.

Guess Hector has issues with Tim Robbins as the father that he kills him towards the end by making his head explode offscreen.
