First Look at Perseus
Slash Film shows us Sam Worrington as the legendary hero of Argos.

I thought Worrington was a little rusty in beginning of Terminator: Salvation, but as the film went on he got better. The tone this photograph presents is a mix of Gladiator with a God of War kind of vibe. Though, I wish he had longer hair and not so much of the Maximus crew cut. The article also tells what the story is going to be about.
Helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
Hades waging war on Zeus and “accepting his role as a god”? Part of this synopsis sounds awfully like Disney‘s Hercules. Perseus is not a god, he’s only human. But to be fair, it’s got that Conan revenge type plot. I’m glad that Neeson is going to play Father of Olympus afterall, cause he can definitely play a badass, as Taken showed.
