JLA: World War III

I might as well start reviewing the graphic novels I read in my daily life.

After Mark Waid talked about the climax of this storyline on The New Frontier DVD, I thought this would be a decent read. The main problem is Grant Morrison. Should have been more aware of this after the R.I.P. train wreck. There’s too many plots going on that makes it complicated for a reader to follow. Plus there’s too much nonsensical dialogue.

A noticeable coloring mistake is Oracle goes from being a redhead to a brunette by the time Prometheus confronts her in The Clocktower. The moments of citizens having superpowers is brief and an overall disappointment. This wasn’t worth my time or money. Hopefully the next book on my list, Batman: Prodigal is.
