Routh talks JLA

Slashfilm interviewed Brandon Routh about JLA, that has finally went to the grave.

I think we’ve been doing a great job representing Superman and Batman and there is definitely
a time and place for the Justice League movie. I kinda think that now
isn’t that time.

Even though Superman Returns wasn’t the type of Man of Steel adaptation that we expected, as a movie in terms of direction of photography and visually concieved was good.
He’s right about the Batman franchise. As for Justice League, everyone agrees that the DC Universe has to be establish itself in individual films, but it’s become unlikely since for two years now, Warner Bros. have been struggling.
