The Goblin is In

Kids WB has posted the next villian to appear in The Spectacular Spider-Man, Norman Osborn’s psychotic alter ego, The Green Goblin.

I’ve come to realise that this series is a modern verison of the 60’s era of the Webhead with villians of the 80’s like Eddie Brock, who’ll surely become Venom very soon.

Last week’s episode with Sandman was really good, Aunt May, who’s more of the mother figure, cancels Peter’s chances of going to The Prom with Betty Brant to go with Mary Jane Watson, who was introduced like in her first appearence and the 90’s cartoon, with the famous “Face it Tiger, you just hit the jackpot.”

As villains go, The Goblin has to be one of my favorite Spidey baddies aside Venom. I don’t care much for the others like Hobgoblin or Demogoblin.

In my youth I created one called Shadowgoblin, who was like Demogoblin and personality wise be The Joker on a glider. Ridiculous, I know.
