CW Wants More Smallville!

My God this News is Friggin Sweet!

According to Kryptonsite, that The CW wants five more episodes of Smallville, to which in total, makes 20 episodes this season.

The striking writers had meetings yesterday to discuss the terms of their new
contract with the studios, and if the WGA members vote to end the strike, a lot
of writers could be back to work as early as Wednesday.

But that’s not the only good news we have for you! The CW wants five more
episodes of Smallville, bringing the total number of Season 7 episodes to 20…
just two shy of the usual amount. Now, this is assuming that the strike will be
ending and that there will be time to film all of those segments… but things
are looking good.
